Quick no hassle experience My wife and I traded in our RAV4 for a new one, our salesman was Scott Hayward, he was very easy to deal with, he was definitely not the "typical car My wife and I traded in our RAV4 for a new one, our salesman was Scott Hayward, he was very easy to deal with, he was definitely not the "typical car salesman"! We were in the dealership for a little less than 3 hours which I think is fast when negotiating and buying a car. This is our third vehicle from Irwin's and over all our fifth. We will certainly do business with Irwins again and recommend the same for our family and friends. I would also like to mention John Murphy who did the leg work to get my wife and to walk through the door when we did, if not for him we would've waited until our lease was up but instead he convinced us to come early which was great since we didn't feel any pressure to get a deal done which took the stress off of my wife who is not a procrastinator! Not pushed to purchase I found a truck that met my criteria online and contacted Salvatore Vespa to inquire about it. Bob was working with another customer, but was able to quickly get my information after the drive, give me a price on my trade-in, take a deposit on the truck (knowing my time constraints) and set an appointment with me for the next day to talk numbers... all without inconveniencing his other customers. I met with Bob the next day, was able to take another test drive with my family, discussed price, and signed on my new truck! Easy, straight-forward, no hassle, no pressure. No "pushing to purchase." No Customer Service skills I first contacted Irwin through the Website regarding a vehicle I saw that I was interested in. They told me it was still available and invited me up I first contacted Irwin through the Website regarding a vehicle I saw that I was interested in. They told me it was still available and invited me up to look at it. I drove 45 mins up there and found the vehicle. It took a little bit to get a salesperson and when I did he was dealing with another Customer. I told him I needed to know what I could get for my trade so I was not wasting my time. It took over two and a half hours to finally get numbers that were no where near what I was expecting and the vehicle I was looking at was not even able to be driven for a Test Drive which I was not told so I drive up there for nothing. I contacted the Dealership multiple times after trying to make some kind of deal since I had been treated so poorly when I was there. I would get a email and then after I would respond I would not hear back for over a week at which point I would write another email asking why I had not heard anything. There were other vehicles I was interested in also but there were issues with every vehicle I asked about even though the Website did not specify any issues. This place is a Huge waste of time. More

A few weeks later, we had still not found a vehicle, when I received a voice mail from Scott saying that the vehicle we loved was back on thr lot! I was so thrilled he had remembered us. We went in the next day and he set us up with a great rate, even though we thought we would have a hard time getting financed. He was honest right from the beginning with us, the good and bad, and we liked that! It was overall a great, painless experience! And I love my new, used car! More
