Exceptional service I recently purchased a used 2010 F150 from Irwin motors that unfortunately had a break pulsation that I hadn't noticed during my test ride. I contacte I recently purchased a used 2010 F150 from Irwin motors that unfortunately had a break pulsation that I hadn't noticed during my test ride. I contacted the service department right away fearing the worst in that I may be "on the hook" for the repairs but my fears were quickly dashed when I was told that it would be taken care of for me. I then made an appointment and brought it in for the necessary brake repairs and while there, the technician noticed some excessive movement in the upper A arm bushings and recommended replacement. I brought it in the following week and the A arms were replaced at no cost to me. I want to thank Bill Salta and all the guys over at the Irwin Ford service department for their excellent service and for reassuring me that I made the right decision by choosing Irwin"s. More

My experience buying a certified pre-owned Ford Edge for my wife was hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had. First off, their price was lower than anyone else's in NH, and the vehicle was immaculate. On top of that Bob was very thorough in explaining to us all the details and benefits surrounding purchasing a certified pre-owned Ford. On the day of purchase he even took 30 extra minutes of his time to go through all the features of the vehicle and make sure my wife felt comfortable using the new sync system, touchscreen navigation, and basically every button in the vehicle. He even paired Her iphone to the car via Bluetooth. Thanks for going above and beyond Bob. More

Rugg, Travis Houghtailing, Christopher Otte, Michael Wood and Ron O'Connor have kept my vehicles up and running and in a timely fashion, even when I may limp the truck in. Jim O'Keefe and Michael Wood always explain the issues at hand and any options (if any) to the repairs/service needed. If I have any questions or concerns, Ron O'Connor is right on it and always available. More
