Exceptional service I recently purchased a used 2010 F150 from Irwin motors that unfortunately had a break pulsation that I hadn't noticed during my test ride. I contacte I recently purchased a used 2010 F150 from Irwin motors that unfortunately had a break pulsation that I hadn't noticed during my test ride. I contacted the service department right away fearing the worst in that I may be "on the hook" for the repairs but my fears were quickly dashed when I was told that it would be taken care of for me. I then made an appointment and brought it in for the necessary brake repairs and while there, the technician noticed some excessive movement in the upper A arm bushings and recommended replacement. I brought it in the following week and the A arms were replaced at no cost to me. I want to thank Bill Salta and all the guys over at the Irwin Ford service department for their excellent service and for reassuring me that I made the right decision by choosing Irwin"s. More

First off, their price was lower than anyone else's in NH, and the vehicle was immaculate. On top of that Bob was very thorough in explaining to us all the details and benefits surrounding purchasing a certified pre-owned Ford. On the day of purchase he even took 30 extra minutes of his time to go through all the features of the vehicle and make sure my wife felt comfortable using the new sync system, touchscreen navigation, and basically every button in the vehicle.
