No Customer Loylaty We have been loyal customers of Irwin's for more than 20 years. Recently attempted to purchase another vehicle, this time a used vehicle. We found one We have been loyal customers of Irwin's for more than 20 years. Recently attempted to purchase another vehicle, this time a used vehicle. We found one to fit our needs and made an honest offer. Because this vehicle just arrived, Irwin's turned down our offer in case someone else was willing to pay the inflated price. 45 days later the vehicle is still on their lot and at a price that is now less than our original offer. They failed to make a quick sale and move inventory, lost a long term customer and provided the sale to a larger competitor in Manchester. Top it off the vehicle is still sitting on their lot. They want customer loyalty but refuse to give their customers any. It's all about a dollar and not a customer. More

Best deal I could find anywhere. I worked with Bob Travers to purchase a 2010 F150 and trade in my 1998 F150. I traveled a couple hours to get to the dealership and Bob worked with me I worked with Bob Travers to purchase a 2010 F150 and trade in my 1998 F150. I traveled a couple hours to get to the dealership and Bob worked with me ahead of time, giving the truck a good once over and reporting it's condition back to me, in a fair and honest manner. Looking over the truck myself, I felt that it's condition was as advertised. They didn't budge on the price, but they did provide me with the presale inspection sheet, which verified that they had put about $2500 into the vehicle (new tires, brakes, struts, etc) before putting it out on the lot. Bob was able to secure financing for me and I was able to drive home with my new truck that afternoon. My only criticism, and it's minor, had to do with my trade in. I wasn't given much for my old truck ("the old gray mare she ain't what she used to be" routine), only to find that they listed it wholesale, the very next day, for more than double what they gave me in trade in. On balance, overall, a very good experience. More

In fact it was quite the opposite.
