Not very happy with the total "customer service" experience. Came into the dealership, 1st time. Expectations, very high!! I look at/read many reviews. Interested, in a Toyota! Was only shown, a Ford Focus. Joshua Beachum, sold me the car. In my opinion, he did not make sure I knew my "options" and that I was getting exactly; what I wanted in a new purchase. Everyone there, was not as helpful; as I had hoped they would be. Financing/Dennis Marhefka, in particular!! They didn't make the transaction/purchasing experience, as easy/enjoyable; as it should have been!!! More

Exceptional Professional, fast and courteous with competitive pricing. I walked in for an oil change, tire rotation, wiper replacement and a multipoint inspectio Professional, fast and courteous with competitive pricing. I walked in for an oil change, tire rotation, wiper replacement and a multipoint inspection. They honored all current coupons even though I did not physically have them printed. They did not try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need and were upfront and honest about the condition of my vehicle. The waiting room is great, comfy chairs, plenty of entertainment to pass the time, computer room and beverage station, what else could you ask for. They also have a play room for children should you come with your toddlers. The wait was a little longer than I had anticipated but they were busy and I did not get there as early as I had planned. I honestly did not mind the wait with everything to do in the comfortable waiting area provided. All in all one of the best service centers I have ever been to. I will continue to use Irwin for all of our vehicle's needs from here on out. I highly recommend them. More

Attentive to my issue Bought my Pre Owned Certified Explorer in July. Have put on 7000 miles since I purchased it so well within my 12 month/12,000 mile warranty and what I Bought my Pre Owned Certified Explorer in July. Have put on 7000 miles since I purchased it so well within my 12 month/12,000 mile warranty and what I THOUGHT was covered. ( I also purchased an Extended warranty that goes up to 100K) My daughter tried to use the heat in the back and it didn't work so I brought it in and was told it was the module. Because I was outside of the original 3 year/ 36K warranty I had a deductible to fix it even though it was pre certified etc. Ed Kelly helped me immensely and I can't thank him enough for his assistance! He was excellent! Ed was extremely professional as well as personable, approachable and easy to talk to. He sincerely listened to me and my concerns! Thanks a million Ed for all of your help! Greatly appreciated! More
