My problem was quickly diagnosed and the brakes were replaced. I was just arriving home when the Ford service manager called to tell me he'd found my Kindle and he told me he'd hold on to it for me until I could stop by for it. Very nice of him to call me at the end of a long day rather than waiting for me to realize I'd left it behind. The people in the service department are friendly, polite and professional with both good news (Kindle found) and not so good news (new brakes needed) More

I also received a lengthy list of other things they checked, including windshield damage (there was none), tire pressure (all good) and many other inspection points I would not think to ask for myself.
