We wanted a used Prius in nice condition, with low mileage, that was well priced - not an easy find! And, we were the unenviable position of having to get a car right away. To make matters even more complicated, we live over two hours from the dealership, so we needed to be assured the car we coming to get was accurately represented - and it was - a total cream puff!!! Scott also made sure that everything was pulled together to make the sale happen smoothly, so we could be on our way as quickly as possible. We definitely will be getting our next car at Irwin!!! The folks in the service department at Irwin are always willing to try and work with me(and try and fit my service in at the last minute),so I can keep my vehicle’s maintenance up to date. This is a huge benefit for me as my schedule is always changing. Not to mention that the service is always done right. All to often people don’t stop to give a positive review. If time is taken it is usually to complain and find fault. I’m glad that I only have positive feedback to give to Irwin. Keep up the good work and THANK YOU!!! More
