Found my awesome pickup at Irwin I had visited three previous dealerships looking to purchase what could probably be my last new vehicle. I had a percentage below sticker in mind. The three previous dealerships would not meet my price but Irwin did. All four dealerships showed me the same vehicles (same VIN #'s) but Irwin was the only one to meet my price. The other three (within 20 miles) wouldn't budge on their price. They lost a sale, Irwin not only won my business they also saved me thousands over the other dealers. We wanted a used Prius in nice condition, with low mileage, that was well priced - not an easy find! And, we were the unenviable position of having to get a car right away. To make matters even more complicated, we live over two hours from the dealership, so we needed to be assured the car we coming to get was accurately represented - and it was - a total cream puff!!! The folks in the service department at Irwin are always willing to try and work with me(and try and fit my service in at the last minute),so I can keep my vehicle’s maintenance up to date. This is a huge benefit for me as my schedule is always changing. Not to mention that the service is always done right. All to often people don’t stop to give a positive review. If time is taken it is usually to complain and find fault. I’m glad that I only have positive feedback to give to Irwin. Keep up the good work and THANK YOU!!! More
