Colby helped me get thru the credit application and financing in a very timely manner. However when it came to my trade in allowance whoever looked at my car only valued it as worth an insulting $250.0 financing in a very timely manner. This I felt was very unjust and an insulting amount so I walked out without further discussion. My trade in was a 2008 nissan altima with 122k miles and the usual dents, dings, and scratches. My altima was just inspected 20 days ago at a reputable garage so there were no hidden or overlooked repairs needed. More

One of the worst dealerships I've ever dealt with. They don't respond to emails or offers even though they have a MAKE AN OFFER button right on their page. I tried for 2 days to put a deposit on an F1 They don't respond to emails or offers even though they have a MAKE AN OFFER button right on their page. I tried for 2 days to put a deposit on an F150, only to be told that the car has been claimed by someone else and we won't be taking your offer. Even though I was the first to make an offer TWO DAYS before. I spent 2 days talking to them, sending in paperwork and copies of documents, and they turn around and give the car to someone else. No apology, no offer to make it right and honor the original deal. Really scummy shenanigans like low grade dealers you typically avoid at all costs. Kristina and Zachary should be retrained in their jobs because they cost you business. Not replying to a customer requesting information or requesting to PURCHASE a vehicle is not a way to do business. Never again. Avoid avoid avoid. Their word means nothing. I wanted to order a new truck sent the built to irwin ford on the 14. I called them on the 15 they said gm wasn't in on the 14 .
