One of the worst dealerships I've ever dealt with. They don't respond to emails or offers even though they have a MAKE AN OFFER button right on their page. I tried for 2 days to put a deposit on an F1 They don't respond to emails or offers even though they have a MAKE AN OFFER button right on their page. I tried for 2 days to put a deposit on an F150, only to be told that the car has been claimed by someone else and we won't be taking your offer. Even though I was the first to make an offer TWO DAYS before. I spent 2 days talking to them, sending in paperwork and copies of documents, and they turn around and give the car to someone else. No apology, no offer to make it right and honor the original deal. Really scummy shenanigans like low grade dealers you typically avoid at all costs. Kristina and Zachary should be retrained in their jobs because they cost you business. Not replying to a customer requesting information or requesting to PURCHASE a vehicle is not a way to do business. Never again. Avoid avoid avoid. Their word means nothing. I wanted to order a new truck sent the built to irwin ford on the 14. I called them on the 15 they said gm wasn't in on the 14 . Howard Cullen was pleasant and accommodating when he gave me the keys to the 2023 Lincoln Corsair. He told me to take it for a ride and to make sure it fit in my garage. I LOVED the vehicle. Things went downhill when it became time to 'run the numbers'. Irwin low-balled the trade-in value of my vehicle. I told Mr. Cullen I did not agree with the trade-in value and he went off to talk to a "Sales Manager". Very old-school tactic that does not work for me. After too much time passed for my liking, Mr. Cullen returned with a sales manager who had a computer print-out in his hand. He showed me this print-out which indicated how many used vehicles in my year, make, model are/were for sale in the US and the number of days it took these vehicles to sell. The magic number was 21 used vehicles in the ENTIRE United States! I was told this was a HIGH number (NOT TRUE) of these vehicles which indicated slow movement. NOT my problem car sales persons cannot sell. I shot back another trade-in number and Mr. Cullen was back in the Sales Managers' office. Quite a bit of time passed and Mr. Cullen returned to tell me his sales manager 'reluctantly' acquiesced to my counter-offer. Not once was I offered something to drink or eat during both wait times. And, the friendly tone turned to indifference and borderline condescension. In spite of all this palaver, I wanted the Lincoln Corsair and made tentative plans with Mr. Cullen to return on Monday to complete the transaction. On the way home, I was bothered by the entire 'Irwin Sales Process' experience. So, I went to a DIFFERENT dealer, received the CORRECT trade-in amount and purchased my new vehicle. It was also explained to me how that used vehicle data is used...21 used vehicles in the ENTIRE United States is REMARKABLY good! Irwin Ford...not for me. More
