They are always on time, and get your car back at promised times!!! The snacks by the registration desk are a nice touch!!! I originally had my brakes serviced in October/Nov and I was given off market brakes because they did not have Subaru brake pads. They were supposed to order them since I prepaid for them. I had to call why was given off market brakes because they did not have Subaru brake pads. They were supposed to order them since I prepaid for them. I had to call why no one contacted me. I was told they forgot to order them , Subsequently they were ordered but the order was cancelled because I had cancelled another item which was ordered together. I find it hard to believe that Subaru did not these in stock until I had them ordered. This was very bad service in getting the parts even though I had prepaid for the brake pads. More
