As always, I was very pleased with the staff and the service. I am profoundly hard of hearing and explained my situation to Sam as soon as I approached the counter. Sam immediately made eye contact, spoke very clearly and with just enough increased volume for me to follow everything that was said. She reviewed everything I asked to have done and reviewed everything again when I picked up my vehicle. Sam was detailed, friendly and professional. Before my service I made my appointment with Laura who was also very helpful, friendly and professional and worked with my lack of hearing. The service was completed in a very timely manner and it was nice to pick up a freshly washed vehicle! More
