2 rims damaged from service repairing tires. Brought in Outback for all 4 tires leaking, 2 confirmed with nail and metal shrapnel prior to bringing in to service and rims with no damage. Damage Brought in Outback for all 4 tires leaking, 2 confirmed with nail and metal shrapnel prior to bringing in to service and rims with no damage. Damage is clearly from tire mounting machine scraping rim. Documented on work completed that all tires were filled to 36 psi. All tire pressure are different upon pickup: 33, 35,36, and 37 PSI. The lowest tire, that is still leaking, was never filled and service stated there is no leak. 33 psi upon pickup and still leaking. More
