I took my car in for scheduled oil change with appointment. Tire pressure light came on during my drive to the dealership. After tire check and oil change, vehicle was diagnosed as "all good". appointment. Tire pressure light came on during my drive to the dealership. After tire check and oil change, vehicle was diagnosed as "all good". Next day, tire pressure light on again--took to local tire shop where a nail was found in the center of the tire. Repair made and we drove from MV to Boise the next day. Sadly, we are 0-3 at this dealership. More

great service but 2 hours for an oil change without needing a tire rotation and rainy so no car wash seems a bit long! Also want to add, my previous visit, service rep said I would get a discount on ne needing a tire rotation and rainy so no car wash seems a bit long! Also want to add, my previous visit, service rep said I would get a discount on next service because air filter wasn’t changed even tho recommended…i then had to wait longer for it to be done. This visit there was no record of that promise!!!! Kinda frustrating!!! More
A very disturbing unprofessional and offensive experience. On Friday December 29th at 7:30 am in my vehicle I pulled up to the service area. I was the only vehicle and customer to be waited on. experience. On Friday December 29th at 7:30 am in my vehicle I pulled up to the service area. I was the only vehicle and customer to be waited on. Two Subaru employees were standing at the service entrance when I pulled up and had eye contact with me. When I got out of the car, I was expecting them to greet me and sign me in, to my surprise, instead they both walked away to the parking area . I then walked inside to find two service rep’s one with a customer and one, Rafael Medina, on speaker phone neither said anything to me. I waited for a couple seconds and I then approached the rep on speaker phone, Rafael Medina, and asked him if this was the service counter. He said yes and asked me to wait. I waited for what seemed to be a few minutes, then reluctantly he asked me to approach the counter and he informed me that he would help. The speaker phone was still on as he asked me questions about my vehicle and asked me to sign a document on his iPad. When Mr Medina left the counter to pick up the printed documents, as he was approaching the service counter he said to the rep sitting next to him under his breath but load enough for me to hear in Spanish “Hijo de su chingada madre” which translated into English roughly means “Son of a mother xxxxer”. I was shocked, offended and completely disgusted. During the time that Mr Medina was going over the paperwork for my vehicle, I was in shock and was attempting to compose myself. When he finished , I asked him who he was referring to when he said( I repeated in Spanish what he said). He looked at me and stated that he was upset by the person that he was on the speaker phone with. He offered no apology for his inappropriate unprofessional and offensive language. All I could say was “oh I see” and I walked away. This was the second time that I have had my car serviced at Irvine Subaru and I am seriously considering taking it somewhere else. More
