We own Subarus because of the phenomenal service our 2017 Outback and 2019 Forster receive at Frank’s Subaru of Irvine. They have exceeded every expectation. Over the last 20 years we’ve owned Mercedes, Lexu Outback and 2019 Forster receive at Frank’s Subaru of Irvine. They have exceeded every expectation. Over the last 20 years we’ve owned Mercedes, Lexus, Infinity and Hyundai. Non of these dealers provided the level of service of Irvine Subaru. In a word, we TRUST them and know that they will always do right for their customers and vehicles. Buy your Subaru anywhere but get it serviced at Irvine. More

Glad that Rafael offered the option of leaving my car at the shop. He addressed my concern of jumpstarting again if I took it home, and I was provided a loaner for the weekend. I received a $89. 95 oil change and tire rotation coupon via e-mail. I thought this would be a great deal seeing I needed a tire rotation being I haven’t had one since 95 oil change and tire rotation coupon via e-mail. I thought this would be a great deal seeing I needed a tire rotation being I haven’t had one since I bought my tires. When I arrived at the dealership I explained I would like a tire rotation and oil change. I asked how long the wait would be. He quoted me 1 1/2 to one and three-quarter hours. I was waiting in the lobby for two hours. I received a text that my car was ready and proceeded to the register and paid. The guy told me they only did an oil change and no tire rotation. I asked him why it didn’t they do it I requested it. Needless to say I was a little upset and went outside to get my car. To my surprise, my car was not there, the guy at the register went back to the mechanic area searching for my car. 20 minutes later my car pulled up to where I was standing. I was also told if I wanted to wait, I can get my tires rotated and a car wash but it would be 40 minutes. I explained to him it was supposed to be done anyways . If this was the first time, I had a problem with this dealership it wouldn’t be a big deal. But this seems to be the norm. Almost every time I have been in. I’ve had an issue with something or another. It’s to the point where I expect some type of failure each time I go in. More
