Sebastian went above and beyond to try and help! Only one issue to be addressed in the future; it would be nice if the service folks did not change the seat position in the driver's seat. Difficulty setting up appointment for a recall and once it was, they still did not have the parts so I had to re-schedule. Once rescheduled, options were not given as to the service that was also needed. N it was, they still did not have the parts so I had to re-schedule. The service department has in my opinon done an exceptional job both on routine maintenance and maintenance outside of warranty work ie. broken windshield and broken wire harness.
