Overpriced service and loss of integrity. Agreed upon service with service specialist on invoice changed between our agreement over phone and time of payment- to charge me $500 more. When I mentioned this I was met with -we follow this service electronically and I couldn’t be right. This was corrected without apology or recognizing their misunderstanding. Very disappointing.
