I went to Orleans Toyota knowing pretty much what I wanted and wishing to support local business. Ken greeted me warmly, showed me a few options and details on the vehicles I was considering, and gent wanted and wishing to support local business. The vehicle was delivered as promised. Irene in finance was efficent and got me a great rate. Ken finished up with a show and tell, expedited the inspection at lightning speed, and followed up with several phone calls to make sure I was fully satisfied and comfortable with my new truck. My first experience buying a vehicle alone, and a pleasant surprise. I would recommend Orleans Toyota to anyone. More
These folks are all about service. I've been buying cars at Orleans Toyota for years...primarily because they take such good care of you once the deal is done. We experienced a problem with the oil pan in a car we purchased used from Orleans Toyota. Due to location we brought the car to another mechanic for a quick oil change. In the process he discovered tha purchased used from Orleans Toyota. Due to location we brought the car to another mechanic for a quick oil change. In the process he discovered that the drain plug threads in the oil pan were stripped out. We immediately brought the car to Orleans toyota , as it was under warranty, a bit concerned that it would not be covered since we went to another mechanic. Well our experience was quite the opposite. Not only did they fix the oil plan problem at no cost to us, but also replaced shocks that were questionable. This is our 17 year old daughter's car and of course we want it to be safe for her. We feel that Daniel Root went above and beyond in the service he provided us. He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. We would highly recommend his service department to anyone. More

Ken Robinson met me in the parking lot but never applied "strong arm" tactics while I looked at several vehicles. He provided answers to questions posed to him and had an obvious knowledge of Toyota products and of the specific vehicles on the lot. After a test drive of the vehicle I ultimately purchased, Ken guided me through the administrative portion of the procedures, providing information when requested but again, never pressing me and allowing me to make MY decision without interference or pressure. I could have driven my new vehicle home that afternoon but had another obligation but Ken was there to meet me the following morning with my vehicle registered, inspected and ready to go. He also gave me an "instructional" of my vehicle and told me that I should not hesitate to contact him if there were any difficulties. This is the third Toyota I have purchased at Orleans Toyota in the past five years. I have been impressed with each vehicle, the sales personnel and of the service department. I definitely recommend Orleans Toyota to anyone considering the purchase of a new or used vehicle. More

I dropped by the service department without an appointment, worried about a warning light that had come on about tire pressure because they had just patched a nail hole in a tire for me a few mont appointment, worried about a warning light that had come on about tire pressure because they had just patched a nail hole in a tire for me a few months earlier. I apologized for just appearing, said I understood they couldn't do anything right away, etc. and was treated as though they had nothing better to do than help me out. They told me they had also just received a special order part I'd forgotten about and took care of installing that while I was there. It was all done during a short wait right then. Although they had a full schedule of work to do judging from the people in the waiting room they managed to fit in taking care of this concern as graciously as though I were not imposing, not a silly worrier, not a problem. I had my (free) coffee and danish and soon the work was done, the charge was very small (about $20 for the new part and it's installation), they had filled the tires and explained/reassured me about why the warning light came on and what it meant. I was treated with respect and pleasantness despite the small nature of my (to me worrying) problem and having given them no advance warning of the visit. They handled the situation promptly, fit me in, explained and calmed, and most importantly did it without making me feel stupid, neurotic or ripped off. The experience far exceeded what I would have expected in the situation, especially from a dealership. More

I have been a loyal customer of Orleans Toyota for many years. Dan and his staff have always gone out of the way to see that our Highlander (which has over 160,000 miles now) is taken care of in a prompt, years. Dan and his staff have always gone out of the way to see that our Highlander (which has over 160,000 miles now) is taken care of in a prompt, professional and top notch way. Dan has always made me feel that he was always looking out for me. He knows the car and it's history and always makes me feel that he is working with me to see the needed work is always done. There is no high pressure to sell the service department. They are there to help me and to look out for my best interests. Because of the caring attitude and always helpful service I will always continue to use them for all our needs. In a day when alot of business is just looking to improve on their bottom line I feel Orleans Toyota service just cares about me. For that I am very thankful.
