First and foremost, I would like to apologize that we were unable to perform your campaign this morning due to a lack of parts. These parts are being shipped to all Toyota dealers on a very limited basis. We then match up the parts with the scheduled appointments to ensure that this does not happen.Unfortunately we were not notified until early this am that your parts were not available. At that time we contacted the other customers that were scheduled for this repair today as well. I have contacted my Toyota Service Representative and she has located parts for your vehicle at another Toyota dealership. I am willing to pick up those parts today, pick up your vehicle and perform the campaign on your vehicle today. Please contact me directly so that I can make arrangements for this to occur.
