Need a new check in policy I went in and stood in front of 3 people for several minutes before I was acknowledged. There were 4 people at the front (5) if you count the guy looking at me from behind a desk. One woman was busy.... the only person that had people in front of her. One was totally absorbed in her computer screen. The other two... male and female on the left were doing who knows....after several minutes the woman said we will be with you but dealing with a person on hold. Really!! They need to acknowledge people when they come into service and not forget who pays their salaries. Don’t know if I will be back after buying several cars from them More
Dishonesty I worked as a salesman at another Toyota dealership in the Midwest and so I know a little bit about the car business. Sean, the finance guy lied to my face at least 3 times that I know if and had a new salewman lie to me another time. He told me that Toyota financial service rates were not competitive and quoted me intrest rates that were not accurate. He also told me that the east coast banks only uses Experian credit report, because Equifax and Transunion don't count as much and are more for the Midwest. He did this to try and get me to agree to a higher interest rate then I was qualified for, which would have made the dealership an extra 1500 on the back end. Profit is not a bad thing, that's how everyone feeds their family. Dishonesty especially blatantly needs to be addressed. More

No Hassel experience Having experienced purchasing cars in the past I was not looking forward to the process. I visited Orleans Toyota to inspect a Camry they were advert Having experienced purchasing cars in the past I was not looking forward to the process. I visited Orleans Toyota to inspect a Camry they were advertising that met my requirements. (we quite a distance from Orleans) The staff on arrival were very friendly and connected us with M. Safi who was dealing with another client at the time. He quickly arranged for us to test drive the Camry and provided answers to our questions. At the end of the drive I explained that I was following up on other Cars and would like to see the car in the daylight as it was late in the day. After following up on other leads we decided that we needed to see the car again in the daylight. On our return Mr.M Safi was not in the office so the sales manager took care of our needs. The experience and no pressure or hassle made the experience enjoyable. We were satisfied and purchased the car for a good price. The follow up service has been excellent. After a few days a warning light came on that I could not find in the Manual that came with the car. Mr. Safi followed up with both technical staff and other manuals to resolve the issue. He demonstrate that he cared for customer satisfaction by following up until the issue was resolved. Good price, fair, but could be better at sales I bought a new Toyota here (my second with this dealership). Actually making the deal was a good experience. Fair negotiating, pricing, etc. But there was a delay in taking delivery of the vehicle. Which is understandable. However, I had to call the dealership, my salesman, and email multiple times to get answers as to the time frame. It seemed as though they already had my money "in their pocket" and I was no longer a priority or even a concern to them. Don't know if I'll return here. They need to be better at taking care of their customers...THROUGHOUT the sale process. More

I made phone contact initially with Ken Robinson and he went to work to find me the truck that I wanted. He called back to tell me he had the truck that I wanted and the next day I met him and we transacted the deal, I was done, and enjoying my new truck one hour later. I thank Ken for his honest salesmanship and his follow up after my purchase. Kudos to Irene for making a mountain of paperwork seem like a mole hill. Best regards, Bill Fletcher More
They ran out of parts I made an appointment to have a recall service done on my car about a week ago. The dealer sent me several reminders yesterday via text and phone. When I showed up at 9, the time of my appointment, they told me they had run out of parts needed for the service, so they couldn't do it. No explanation as to why they didn't call me this morning if, as they say, they didn't find out till then. They told me there was another recall they could do, and since I had already spent the time driving there (20 minutes each way) I figured they might as well go ahead. I called the service manager when I got home to let him know I wasn't happy. He offered to have someone pick the car up next time, when they get the parts in. I'm not sure if I'll even go back for that. Needless to say, I won't be having my car serviced there after this screw-up. I had had it there once before for a regular maintenance service and was pretty unimpressed. If they can't be bothered to call me when they don't have the parts to fix the car and let me drive there and kill the whole morning, then this is not a place that gives a dam. More
I went back to Orleans Toyota when the lease on my current 2011 RAV4 LE was due to expire. My experience has been very positive. So I wanted to deal with them again. Gary is somewhat new to the staff, but was very helpful and easy to deal with. I have been researching car prices and reviews for about a month and felt that the deal I received on my RAV4 XLE was more than fair. In fact, I was going to settle for a LE model, but they gave me a great deal on the XLE. In the three years that I have dealt with their service department, they were flawless and easy to work with. I have been purchasing cars at dealerships for over 40 years and Orleans Toyota is by far the best. I have and will continue to recommend this dealership to friends in the area. More
I live in Philadelphia, PA but was in Truro last week on vacation. On Thursday, my 2007 Lexus RX350’s engine and VSC lights went on. I talked with my Philadelphia area dealer and they suggested I take it vacation. On Thursday, my 2007 Lexus RX350’s engine and VSC lights went on. I talked with my Philadelphia area dealer and they suggested I take it to a Lexus or Toyota dealer near where I was – that it could be as minor as the gas cap (but I had used ½ a tank since filling up) or something more serious. I had a 420 mile drive, by myself, for Saturday when our rental was up. I called Orleans Toyota and spoke with Kathie in the service department. She told me that the first scheduled appointment was for the following Monday. I explained my predicament and she said if I brought the car in and left it, she would see if one of the technicians could look at it on Friday. Before 9 a.m. Friday I got a call from her to say that a technician who comes in early in the morning had checked it and the ignition coil needed to be replaced. Of course I authorized the work and it was done by noon. Throughout the phone calls and when I was there she was extremely pleasant and really made me feel she cared about fixing this problem for me. And she did! I also want to thank the technician, whose name I don’t know, who got to it so promptly. Between them they helped me avoid what could have been a really unhappy end of my vacation. Instead of scurrying around to find a place to stay over the weekend so the car could be checked and repaired Monday, I spent the time cooking steamers and watching the sunset. More
