The best experience ever Today I brought home my new car, a 2018 Toyota Corolla iM, leased for 36 months. Of course, this is an incredible time for me, and my salesman, Manny, Today I brought home my new car, a 2018 Toyota Corolla iM, leased for 36 months. Of course, this is an incredible time for me, and my salesman, Manny, was incredible. He was personable, funny, well versed in cars, and was the first person I talked to when it came to buying this car and guided me seamlessly through the process, down to appreciating my giant smile when he helped me set up the Bluetooth and jam out with me. This was one of the best days of my life. More

Very Profesional, but need to go the extra mile I brought my Lexus into the Toyota dealership as there are no Lexus dealerships on Cape Cod. They said they could service my LX470. Although it took I brought my Lexus into the Toyota dealership as there are no Lexus dealerships on Cape Cod. They said they could service my LX470. Although it took 3 weeks to find the problem, they communicated with me well. My service manager Nicole was fantastic ! My biggest complaint was the time it took to diagnose the problem, and then when I picked up the vehicle it was dirty inside and out. When I spend a couple of grand, the least they can do is wash the car and vacuume. More

The service manager was great! I broke down while on vacation on the cape and got towed to Oleans Toyota. I got fixed up but had a few residual problems once I got home to North Car I broke down while on vacation on the cape and got towed to Oleans Toyota. I got fixed up but had a few residual problems once I got home to North Carolina. I called David Marcotte, the service manager, and he made sure everything was remedied to my satisfaction . He really went well beyond the call of duty to help me out. I would highly recommend this service department. More
