Very Profesional, but need to go the extra mile I brought my Lexus into the Toyota dealership as there are no Lexus dealerships on Cape Cod. They said they could service my LX470. Although it took I brought my Lexus into the Toyota dealership as there are no Lexus dealerships on Cape Cod. They said they could service my LX470. Although it took 3 weeks to find the problem, they communicated with me well. My service manager Nicole was fantastic ! My biggest complaint was the time it took to diagnose the problem, and then when I picked up the vehicle it was dirty inside and out. When I spend a couple of grand, the least they can do is wash the car and vacuume. More

The service manager was great! I broke down while on vacation on the cape and got towed to Oleans Toyota. I got fixed up but had a few residual problems once I got home to North Car I broke down while on vacation on the cape and got towed to Oleans Toyota.
