Although we have worked with two or three different staff members during those years, they have all been helpful, authentic, and patient, and that certainly includes our third time working with Jonathan. My lease on a Tacoma was ending and I made an appointment with him to decide on the next step. I chose the word authentic for a particular reason. In deciding on my two leases, and in helping my husband and son decide on theirs, the only way I've been comfortable relating is by coming in with an authentic description of our family's financial picture, our individual and overall family needs for vehicles, and our personal quirks of preference. Jonathan, and others there, have always been willing to relate on that basis of authenticity. Also, when I, or we, have had trouble following the math of the financial arrangements and choices, they have been patient and honest in their explanations. The sales, financial, and service departments are all excellent. More
