Great service and staff! Sarah Colby set up my appointment for a 5K “normal maintenance” service appointment (oil, filter, tire rotation & multipoint inspection). I arrived on Sarah Colby set up my appointment for a 5K “normal maintenance” service appointment (oil, filter, tire rotation & multipoint inspection). I arrived on time, the car was serviced in just about an hour, and Sarah reviewed the results, all of which were ok. She also applied a senior discount that resulted in a 10% discount. For some reason, not due to anything the service technician did, my AC fan switch didn’t work. Sarah and Nicole asked a service tech to look at the car and Paul came out and quickly resolved the unexpected glitch. Even though I brought a “coupon” that I received in an email, I was told that it really wasn’t a discount coupon - in spite of the wording on it - but that it was an advertisement from a national marketing firm. All of the service writers agreed that it was misleading to staff and customers. They also said that they had told “management” about this a number of times. Please resolve this issue - it puts Orleans Toyota’s staff and customers in a difficult situation. More
