Brought the car in for the 20k service. Tires rotated hubs all scratched up. Service advisor order new ones. They are out of stock. Another 60 mile trip to get this fixed now. I went in for a 50K service appointment which I thought meant an oil change, tire rotation and fluid refills. Half way through I was called out and was told I needed new brakes, filters, etc, etc. I agre meant an oil change, tire rotation and fluid refills. Half way through I was called out and was told I needed new brakes, filters, etc, etc. I agreed to new fluid for my 4 wheel drive and walked out with a bill for $405.00. Seemed very excessive to me. Needless to say I will not be returning. Also worth noting that I have bought 3 cars from them. No more!! More

Called me a liar when I was asked to explain why I did not want to buy the ripoff of a car that was being sold as almost new. Was lied to repeatedly, disrespected by the general manager, and tried to intimidate me into buying the vehicle although I already said I did not want to buy it. General manager did not even know anything about the car or warranties and tried to say the hybrid battery costs $1,000 which is a flat out scam and a lie. Nothing but a bunch of frauds who have no knowledge of the cars they are selling and do not do any repairs. Just look at the reviews for this place! More
