I went in for a State inspection today. I was told that it would be a 30-45 minute wait. Two hours later, it was finally done after I sought out the desk associate that checked me in, with I was told that it would be a 30-45 minute wait. This was a walk in with no appointment, so I did expect some waiting to be involved .. but two hours? ( I have purchased vehicles from this dealership in the past) More
