From the greeting we received when we arrived, to the friendliness of all the employees to the various specialists that we dealt with, it was one positive experience after another. Liz Wallis is an exceptional salesperson. She and I had been emailing back and forth and she always got back to me with answers to any questions I had and appropriate suggestions and ideas to suit our needs. My husband and I are both in sales and recognize what an attribute she is to Prime Toyota. She is not a "turn off hard sell" salesperson, but rather one who has a wealth of knowledge in her product and in dealing with people that is certainly a welcomed sight. I recently bought a Corolla from Prime. My salesman was great. I felt he struck a good balance between the conflict of interest that can exist between customer and salesman. I was somewhat annoyed by the dealership's deceptive advertisement regarding the number of Corollas the advertisement claimed were available at the sale price. After pointing out the deceptive nature of the ad I was told it was a mistake but the same ad is running in today's (Sun) paper. However everything else was above average and the personal were very pleasant and professional. I am happy with the vehicle and feel I paid a fair price. Toyota's are great cars. I am going to recommend my salesperson to other people. More
