Oil change I had an appointment for an oil change at 1pm. I did arrive about 10 minutes late....the woman who greeted and worked with me was very pleasant and kn I had an appointment for an oil change at 1pm. I did arrive about 10 minutes late....the woman who greeted and worked with me was very pleasant and knowledable. However, they did not finish my oil change until about 3:45pm! There really is no excuse for an oil change to take 2.5 hours. Unlike other Subaru dealerships, they don't provide snacks to customers who are waiting. I don't need snacks by any means, but it would be nice to provide some sort of relief to those who must wait so long. Also the women who process payments were incredible unfriendly to both myself and the service worker. Not even a hello or acknowledgment of presence. More

Sales is great...service is not. The service department forgot to put my oil cap back on after an oil change. Oil sprayed all over the engine bay and had I not noticed, the engine wou The service department forgot to put my oil cap back on after an oil change. Oil sprayed all over the engine bay and had I not noticed, the engine would've seized. I brought the car back explained what happened and they charged me for another oil change AND actually charged me for the oil cap which THEY lost. The service department is a mess here. I had a pleasant and quick process with sales so I decided to go back to have the car serviced. That was a mistake. My second experience was just as awful! Upon pulling into the bay I was told rudely to sit in my car and wait to be helped. The person in front of me was told the same thing and screamed at when she got out of her car. Learn customer service pleasantries, it's not that hard IRA!! More
