Ira Subaru bad experience I left my Subaru with Ira for an oil change, state inspection and tire check. It was over 4 hours before they called me with the prognosis that I need I left my Subaru with Ira for an oil change, state inspection and tire check. It was over 4 hours before they called me with the prognosis that I need a new tire and it wouldn't arrive until 4 pm. I called at 4 to see if they were working on it and was told they were. But at 4:30 they called to say tire did not arrive. They kindly gave me a loaner for the night but when I picked up car the next day they forgot the inspection sticker. They did remember to bill me for it. I'm just disappointed that this visit was so unsatisfactory. More

Looked to say hi to my salesman during a recent service visit and didn't see his name in the office he worked in. Nobody around to ask, but I wonder if he's still there. Service visit, as in the past, is very good. Iliana couldn't help with the problem in my SiriusXM radio because, while the issue was apparent when I drove in, it could not be duplicated after a reset. The issue for me is that I'd prefer to work with the same service advisor every time, and so I made the appointment with Iliana, but when I arrived Illana was busy so another service advisor wrote me up and I don't think that is the most efficient system for customer care. More

It took almost 2 hours and 30 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation with a pre-scheduled appointment. When I asked about the exceedingly long wait after the fact I was told it was due to the need for a road test to check out the brakes. When I returned to the car it had only gone 1 mile not much of a road test and certainly not worth waiting 2.5 hours for. Will give it one more chance but waited a long time the first time as well despite having the first appointment of the day for a simple oil change which is expensive by the way even for a dealership service. More

Satisfactory Service was satisfactory. Was told they didn't have a shuttle car to drive one mile to bring me home. They offered to take me home in my own car. I th Service was satisfactory. Oil change I had an appointment for an oil change at 1pm. I did arrive about 10 minutes late....the woman who greeted and worked with me was very pleasant and kn I had an appointment for an oil change at 1pm. I did arrive about 10 minutes late....the woman who greeted and worked with me was very pleasant and knowledable. However, they did not finish my oil change until about 3:45pm! There really is no excuse for an oil change to take 2.5 hours. Unlike other Subaru dealerships, they don't provide snacks to customers who are waiting. I don't need snacks by any means, but it would be nice to provide some sort of relief to those who must wait so long. Also the women who process payments were incredible unfriendly to both myself and the service worker. Not even a hello or acknowledgment of presence. More
