Unsatisfactory service work completed had to return multiple times to have an issue fixed. Had to speak with a new manager multiple times. Their work was overpriced and completed incorrectly. I was so unhappy with the service I received that I took it to a competing Subaru dealership to verify the work completed. The other Subaru dealership quoted me for less, without revealing the price points for the service in advance. They could have done the work at a lower cost and with the correct parts. Ira Subaru will cut corners and overcharge you. I've been going to IRA Subaru for service for a while, and they completely lost my trust and business. Price shop your service before having it completed if you can wait to get the work done and you will see their true nature. It's also against Subaru employees to tell you to leave "positive" reviews...which they have attempted to suggest multiple times prior to this service visit. More

Many places I’ve gone are extremely condescending to a small female like me, even when you know your stuff, and I never once got that impression here. Highly recommend coming here for service. More
I came to Ira Subaru for a second opinion after having issues with my transmission. She got the problem diagnosed correctly, did some more research, and found it was all covered under a warranty I didn't realize I had! Not only that, she got me a loaner to drive around while the repair was being done, so there was no disruption to my daily life. Yvonne single-handedly made what I assumed would be an arduous, expensive ordeal into a pleasant walk in the park. Incredible, extraordinary experience! More
Good afternoon to all the workers at the dealership. I just needed a extra remote key made for my 2012 Subaru Outback. Key was $ 140.00. Program Key & Fob to Vehicle. 175.00. The Mechanic put the new key in coin holder, but when the lot employee put the car in employee parking area, it took another 15 minutes finding the car. Long story short, I had Yvonne D. Hop in passenger side & drove to mechanic to ask him were the key went.😂 I looked way under seat from back to front & my finger caught the loop of ring. @ that point, holy 💩, I need a nap now. The Dealership is huge, have some patience. With the Covid 19, it can & will stress all of us. Factory dealer parts & service are always hurt. Remember try to keep your cool also. I am honestly so disappointed with IRA Subaru. My experience buying my used Subaru was as average as any other car purchase, but then after I left things fell apart. There was a form that they forgot to have me sign so they had to rush around to get my car registered, and then there were pieces missing from the car when I picked it up. I was promised two new head rests, a privacy shield, and the rubber cargo mat for the back of the trunk, and none of them were in the car. I was told they were on order and would be there in a few days, they'd call me. I let it slide because I needed my new car, and due to the pandemic shipping things can get delayed. A week later, and there was no phone call, so I called them. Got in touch with the parts department, and the parts were NEVER ordered. I spoke with the manager, confirmed the parts were actually ordered this time and then went to pick them up. Upon receiving the parts, you could clearly tell that they were just the pieces laying around the shop. The privacy shield looks like it's been through the ringer, and isn't even the one built for my car. You can CLEARLY tell that it an old garbage part, and yet they still PUT IT IN MY CAR. I'm so frustrated and angry about the treatment I've received from this Subaru dealership, and I sincerely hope that not all of them are as terrible as this one. If you have the option, go try your luck at ANY other Subaru dealership, but NOT THIS ONE. Ira Subaru may be nice to your face and willing to help, but the pleasant customer service clearly only applies when you still have money in your hands. Once they get it, you no longer matter. More

Went home and he called me almost 2 1/12 hours later letting me know it was ready to go. Picking up my car was super easy and quick even though I spent almost half an hour having a laugh with him and the service manager, wish I got his name. First time there & definitely not my last :) More
