Very good service. I like going there, always friendly and helpful. The work is explained to me so I can understand what is needed and how long it will take to get the I like going there, always friendly and helpful. I like the fact that I can get a ride home when the work needed on my car is going to take a long time to get it done. I would recommend it to anyone who needs work on their Subaru. More

Took me as a walk in when my emergency brake warning light came on while travel g. They found the problem and it had a recall so got it fixed for free on short notice. Have to say - didn't have any issue with this Dealer before (visited them twice), but today few remarks: First: 6qt engine oil in the bill (Subaru Crosstrek 2023 2.0L has oil capacity less than 5qt) before (visited them twice), but today few remarks: First: 6qt engine oil in the bill (Subaru Crosstrek 2023 2.0L has oil capacity less than 5qt) - will check actual oil level and have to drain if it is really high. Second: After the service found new engine oil filter near torpedo, looks like they forgot to change it at all (have no other idea why it included) - have to do it by myself just in case. More

Had to wait almost 4 hours to get the results and price out work from a multi-point inspection then was given a loaner to come back the next day and after $2500 + spent on front brakes, CV axil, 4 new tire out work from a multi-point inspection then was given a loaner to come back the next day and after $2500 + spent on front brakes, CV axil, 4 new tires only to bring my car home from a 30 minute drive to find the low tire pressure indicator light on so now I need to bring the car in again 3 days in a row and waste more of my precious time not my idea of fun times! I had to call multiple times to get through and what complicated the situation was my Service Advisor was out sick the day my car was picked up. I am not happy about the responsiveness and respect for my time. More
