My battery was to be replaced due to a class action suit, but the battery I had was fairly new...I told the young man who greeted me when I drove in to save my old battery, which was still working fine...whe but the battery I had was fairly new...I told the young man who greeted me when I drove in to save my old battery, which was still working fine...when I returned I learned that the battery was not saved. I keep trying to find reasons to use Ira service, but situations like this (and there have been more) make it hard to make sense of any commitment. More

Everyone I had dealings with at Ira Subaru has been kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. I am new to the area. My first visit was a drop in and Lindsay Silva was able to get me in that day. We hit it off right knowledgeable, and friendly. I am new to the area. My first visit was a drop in and Lindsay Silva was able to get me in that day. We hit it off right away. My visit yesterday was during a furious wind and rain storm. The computers went out down at the shop so it took a while to get my car taken care of. Lindsay stopped over a few times to keep me aware of what was going on. To make this situation turn out happily, my bill was wiped clear for my inconvenience. Ira Subaru will continue to be my dealership of choice! More
