Back then they kept telling me that the wiper blade was replaced under warranty, but the issue still persisted, and now I realized that they had lied to me all along. When I mentioned this to Alyssa, she conveyed that to the technician and the stuttering issue is now fixed since they anc installed a new wiper blade.
