The dealership was easy to access and to schedule appointments service writer Ivonne was excellent. She greeted me promptly and took the time to explain to me that The neede 60K service and asked if appointments service writer Ivonne was excellent. She greeted me promptly and took the time to explain to me that The neede 60K service and asked if I had it done. I work at another dealership that has been servicing my Subaru. I had recently put new tires on my vehicle because I hit a curb a month ago. They put tires on because I get a discount for working at my job. I originally came in to get my tire sensors programmed. She had mentioned if my vehicle had 60 K service. I told her what I had done just 2 months ago. She mentioned that there were other services on that service that my car needed to have. I asked the cost of it and she provided the proper estimate. I am glad she took the time to tell me. Sh also discounted all the services because I work at another dealer ship. I had purchased my car there at the dealership and had an excellent experience buying my car with the sales department and had great experiences with service department in the past. Ivonne had never been my service writer before. I asked if she was new and she told she had worked here for 9 years. When I need service in the future I will make sure I ask for Ivonne. Thank you Ira SUBARU for providing very knowledgeable service people at your dealership More

Michaela was absolutely wonderful! Quick, knowledgeable and the concierge level service - she’s fantastic! The waiting area could have used more snacks (anything catered to people with Quick, knowledgeable and the concierge level service - she’s fantastic! The waiting area could have used more snacks (anything catered to people with allergies would be fabulous) and the waiting room needed chargers, but it was overall nice. I liked it here a lot. More
BUYER BEWARE, MAKE SURE TO READ YOUR RECEIPT CAREFULLY! I went to IRA for an oil change and tire rotation, which I do about every 10,000 miles. I planned to use the $50 Oil Change coupon, which is how I bo I went to IRA for an oil change and tire rotation, which I do about every 10,000 miles. I planned to use the $50 Oil Change coupon, which is how I booked my appointment, the "I have a coupon" option. When I arrived, Nadege tried to sell me a 60,000-mile service for $900 when my car was only at 54,000 miles. I told her I was recently laid off and could barely afford the oil change and tire rotation my car needed. She quoted me $109 and told me that she couldn't input the coupon on the iPad so it would be less than that. When they did the multi-point inspection, she called to tell me I absolutely needed my cabin air filters replaced – something I had done myself not even a full month prior. The video of my multi-point inspection shows the mechanic pulling out a pristine air filter. I rejected the additional service. When I came to pick up my car, she handed me the paperwork and told me it would be $160. I asked her why it was so much when I was quoted $109, and she told me it would be less with the coupon. She acted like she had no idea I had a coupon and told me I should have told her that when I arrived. She reprinted the paperwork this time it came out to ~$104. I, again, asked her why it was so much. She asked me how much I thought it would cost, and I told her the last time I got my oil change/tire rotation it was about ~$75. Given that she quoted me $109 and told me it would be much less, that's how much I expected it to cost. She told me that labor costs had gone up since my last appointment. I understand that so I paid. When I went to my car it was covered in a white powder and I did not get my guaranteed free car wash for life, which was frustrating. When I got home and compared my paperwork with my previous oil change/tire rotation, I noticed that she did not bill me for an oil change/tire rotation but a 54,000-mile service package. When I called to ask about it she told me the service package costs more but is essentially the same work. I asked her why she billed me under that and she told me it was the way the appointment was scheduled. When I told her I still have my confirmation email and can prove that is NOT how my appointment was scheduled, she immediately retracted and offered me a refund. She told me she had to get it approved by her supervisor and would keep me in the loop. Two weeks later, I followed up and she told me submitted the refund request and that she'd follow up with her director. She has not replied to my attempts to contact her since. I would have preferred to handle this directly with my service advisor or the dealership but neither will return my messages. But, they keep asking for reviews so here it is. It has been SEVEN weeks since my date of service. Please contact me to get this sorted out and I will change my review. More
