I have gone to this ira Subaru for a few services now and it has always been wonderful. The facility itself is one of the best I've seen. The dealership was easy to access and to schedule appointments service writer Ivonne was excellent. I had recently put new tires on my vehicle because I hit a curb a month ago. They put tires on because I get a discount for working at my job. I originally came in to get my tire sensors programmed. She had mentioned if my vehicle had 60 K service. I told her what I had done just 2 months ago. She mentioned that there were other services on that service that my car needed to have. I asked the cost of it and she provided the proper estimate. I am glad she took the time to tell me. Sh also discounted all the services because I work at another dealer ship. I had purchased my car there at the dealership and had an excellent experience buying my car with the sales department and had great experiences with service department in the past. Ivonne had never been my service writer before. I asked if she was new and she told she had worked here for 9 years. When I need service in the future I will make sure I ask for Ivonne.
