Had recall for CX 9 several service advisor s had no idea of recall. Left message with service manager.. no call back.. finally got an advisor that was aware of recall( he reads his emails) very frustrating of recall. Maura P. was fantastic as well as Antwan Lawson. Obviously a big disconnect between management and front line staff. No call back is inexcusable especially from Service Manager. More

I brought my Mazda in on Thursday June 27 for a sound that was coming from my car every time I backed out of my driveway (which has an incline). I received a call 24 hours later that my brakes were fine that was coming from my car every time I backed out of my driveway (which has an incline). I received a call 24 hours later that my brakes were fine and it was the rotars needed to be cleaned and oiled and would be ready by Saturday. On Saturday, I received a call that the car was still making sounds despite the cleaning and oiling and said I could hold on to the loaner until Monday because they didn't feel comfortable giving me my car back with the same sound. Monday comes and I waited all morning for a call. I called around noon, no one answered the phone. I called again and they asked me who my advisor was and I told them he went on vacation and was going to hand over the case to another advisor. When they asked me the name of the New advisor, I couldn't remember. Then they told me they will connect me over to an adviser. When they transferred the call, no one picked up and the phone kept ringing. I called back a 3rd time and the phone kept ringing until finally someone picked up the line. Because my original adviser was on vacation, I had to explain what was going on with the car. They put me on hold for almost 10 min and then told me they just finished with my car and are vaccumming it now and that I cab come to pick it up. When I got there, I was given my keys. I told them I would drive around the lot to make sure the sound was gone. Then one of the advisors came alone and said he wants to come with me to make sure the sound is gone. We drove around the lot ajd I reversed the car several times, and there was no sound. Unfortunately there was nowhere with a small incline to really see if the sound was really gone. I went home and parked my car. About 2 hours later, I stepped back out to pick up my son from camp. I backed out of my driveway and there was the screeching sound. I was immediately upset because I spent almost $300 only for the sound to still be there. My son even heard it. Secondly, my car was not vaccummed like they told me on the phone, which is a lie. When I picked it up, it looked exactly how I brought it in. The reason I have not called to mention this is because I don't want to spend any more money when you guys didn't even fix this issue the first time. Whatever was done to the car was just a temporary fix. The screeching sound is unfortunately still there. The only reason I brought it to the dealer is because I brought it elsewhere and they couldn't figure out the issue. Then I bring it to you guys and not only have I spend almost $300 but the issue remains. More
