I bought a new Mazda 3i at Mazda Gallery in Norwood in 2006 and have always used their service department which I think is outstanding. This time I dealt with new people but felt completely reassured that the department's policy of providing quality attention and consideration of their customers' needs has been maintained. My service advisor, Evan Folsom, did all that he could to apply whatever discounts were available and went above and beyond, along with Steve (?) the mechanic who worked on my car, to give careful, useful, and well explained advice. Since I had to replace my tires and front brakes, which I had feared might be the case, I greatly appreciated the extra time Evan took investigating options for me and the patience he showed listening to all my questions, making sure I got a loaner car for the night, and at the end personally helping to clean the windows and even remove some gum that someone had stuck on my door in a parking lot. I highly recommend Mazda Gallery for their reliable, courteous, and professional care. More
