Prime Mazda - Service Center

It usually takes about 3 hours to get routine maintenance performed.The Service Reps don't always follow thru on concept. However my resent visit was different, My Ser Rep James Dolan was exceptional.I had performed.The Service Reps don't always follow thru on concept. My service rep John was friendly and helpful. No problems with picking up the loaner and good communication about my repair.
