Awful experience and suggestion do not do service there. Awful service experience for a second time. I had not received appropriate service or having honor for what I had been quoted over the phone. I had not received service summary including multi-point inspection. Free car-wash had to be done twice due to lack of personal attachment to the customer vehicle and proper equipment. Personally, I feel that Prime Mazda should fully reimbursement for the service that I had received. I would not recommended Prime Mazda of Norwood for service center. More

She keeps me updated and informed on my car's progress with great expertise. I have had two other advisors at Norwood and both were terrible. One wouldn't make me a Saturday appointment because she had that day off and another said he made me a follow up appointment and never did. I was given a loaner car since my brakes were going to take some time which was great. I am giving a five star review ONLY because of Jenna's level of customer service. More
We bought a certified used Mazda CX-5 in June, 11 months ago. Yesterday the battery died. A bummer when we spent 25K on a car so recently. Brake job faulty I had the dealer replace my rear brakes and rotors after that there was a constant grinding noise took it back twice and then told me would cost 500 t I had the dealer replace my rear brakes and rotors after that there was a constant grinding noise took it back twice and then told me would cost 500 to fix when it wasn’t an issue before they did the breaks it is a recall issue on two other models and is caused by two things related to the rear brakes and at the same time presented me with 900 more of service items More
