Wife was traveling for work and had a brake caliper seize while on her trip. AAA towed our CX5 to Ira Mazda, where Justin took great care of my wife. Our vehicle was towed in towards the end of the work day, while on her trip. AAA towed our CX5 to Ira Mazda, where Justin took great care of my wife. Our vehicle was towed in towards the end of the work day, so Justin offered my wife a loaner to get back to her hotel. First thing the following morning, Justin called me to advise what repairs were needed to get her back on the road, and repairs were completed promptly. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! These people are the worse. Bought my car there last summer with much trouble. They tried to tell me my special ordered car was never built. They completely blew me off until Bought my car there last summer with much trouble. They tried to tell me my special ordered car was never built. They completely blew me off until I told them I filed a complaint with the attorney general’s office. They found the car in no time. Over the last weekend the car got a leak so Monday I called to get it fixed. Told them I was going to wait for the car so the said they could not take it until Thursday (today) Get there and they tell me I must leave it because it will take several hours to fix it and they did not have time today. I even told him that I knew were the leak was and could show him and he blew me off. Do yourself a favor NEVER go to this place. More
