My experience is just horrible. The worst I have ever had. I have been waiting for 3.5 hrs just to change tires and have a state inspection with a previous appointment for changi The worst I have ever had. And when I read the statement of work I see that technician put promised time 5 pm even if I arrived at 8:30 am and was waiting. "Good trick" for trying to avoid penalties. I never agreed to wait for a car from 8:30 am until 5pm. This is ridiculous. I have never had such a bad service at the past. Maybe the building is nicer than old one, but I always used to be satisfied by the service on the old location. I don’t want to come back. More
