Everyone we interacted with were very professional. However, the way appointments were scheduled was the worst I’ve ever had to deal with. My so called appointment for 1:00 meant nothing, I had to wait However, the way appointments were scheduled was the worst I’ve ever had to deal with. My so called appointment for 1:00 meant nothing, I had to wait two and a half hours before my car was ready. A few other people were in the same boat. This is unacceptable. We were all just getting an oil change and in addition I was getting my wheels rotated. More
