I brought my 2022 Mazda CX30 in for service last week. When I went to check in, a service person immediately welcomed me, and we went over what service should be provided for my car. He knew I was waiting When I went to check in, a service person immediately welcomed me, and we went over what service should be provided for my car. He knew I was waiting for the car, so I think he checked with the service technician that was assigned to my car, and gave me the time frame that it would to work on the car. The waiting room was set up to provide coffee or tea, and munchies. My car was done 15 minutes BEFORE the time he had quoted me. My car runs beautifully. It doesn't get any better than that! More
