Terrible service experience. Kept the car I bought from them for six weeks to fix an alignment problem and wipers. Third time was NOT "a charm". First two visits were great and my service advisors, Justin & Antwon, made the difference. BUT, Yesterday appointment was a disaster!! Yes, I was late (back to back accidents on 95) but, I notified the dealership prior to schedule arrival time and they said all was fine. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by a man who appeared angry and had an edge to his voice; I tried to lighten the atmosphere saying, "I am having one of those mornings too, a 10 mile drive took over 30 minutes there were accidents on 95" dead silence "I know I am late but, I called" This guy just never lightened up and between the scowl on his face and tone of voice asking me why I am there, what service was I in for, I became uncomfortable and stated "refer to last visit". and went inside. What made matters worse, when I went inside this angry guy was my service advisor, who stated there is nothing noted in my account "today estimate is $498 - I said "that's $100 more than estimate I received" i asked him to look at my last visit - he prints out estimate from August 2023 - I said "no, last months (February 2024)" he said there's nothing there I said "please, get someone to find the paperwork, mine is at home" he said "no" I wasted 2 hours of my day! wasted my gas (traffic for 1.5hrs then, my service advisor Nicholas left my car running in bay for a half hour!! I can no longer recommend IRA Mazda service. More
