I found Mazda Gallery through submitting an Edmunds Dealer Quote through Edmunds.com. After voicing my frustration to Steve about the dealer I intended to go to that very day (the price was lower than I expected it to be), he said he would get back to me within 5 minutes with what he could offer. Not only did he call back with a price match and an added sweetener, he did so within the time frame he gave me. Steve is really on top of his game. Harshene was the person I dealt with once arriving at the dealership. I have some qualms about my in-person experience at the dealership, but I have no such reservations about Harshene. He was thorough, kind, and despite my having already signed a purchase agreement, he dedicated a significant amount of time to my comfort but also keeping me informed about the process. Simply put, if you are considering buying a Mazda, Mazda Gallery is willing to work with the price but more importantly, you will get the opportunity to work with Harshene who made the car buying experience a worthwhile and satisfying one. More
I had a great experience at Mazda Gallery in Norwood. I went in just looking at a particular model to see if I even like it. I was greeted by someone (don't remember his name) he was busy helping someone e went in just looking at a particular model to see if I even like it. I like that Levi was not the pushy type of salesperson who would try everything and anything to get you to buy. He gave me all the time I needed to exactly decide the color and if I was going to purchase one right at the moment. I end up leaving with a Mazda 3 skyactive. I like how the salespersons are not standing out front of the dealer looking to attack as soon as you walk on to the lot. I enjoy just being able to walk on to the lot and look around and when I was ready to speak to a salesperson there was somebody there. I got to say this dealership makes me very comfortable to walk on to there lot knowing that i'm not going to be attack by salespeople. More
Joe Damiano, the sales consultant was attentive to what we wanted before the purchase; he and Paul (the dealer rep) stayed after the store closed to ensure that the sale included all of the necessary detai we wanted before the purchase; he and Paul (the dealer rep) stayed after the store closed to ensure that the sale included all of the necessary detail; and, Joe spent considerable time the next day when I picked up the day explaining the various detail essential for me to be knowledgeable, comfortable, safe, and happy with my new purchase. I believe the quality of a dealership and its sales personnel rests not only in how they treat customers during the purchase but also how they are toward people after the purchase has been made. And, in both instances, I felt that Joe was attentive to our needs, friendly, positive, and forthright in his manner. We made a purchase and he took care of us as people as well as all of the detail of the sale--making us feel that becoming owners of a car with "zoom zoom" meant we were special indeed! More

Harshene was very thorough in familiarizing me with my CX9, and no matter how many questions I had he was patient and took his time explaining everything. I look forward to going back to get my daughter her first car, a Mazda3. Hands down this has been the best car buying experience ever. More
Brian provided me with not only exceptional customer service, he also helped to accomodate my needs for my family. With my not-so outstanding credit history he didn't judge me on my past errors nor tre service, he also helped to accomodate my needs for my family. Brian worked for a week straight jumping through hoops and bending over backwards to get my family and I into a brand new and safe car. If it was not for Brian and his tremendous efforts I probably would've accepted defeat and walked away but his persistance paid off and last saturday i picked up my 2012 CX7!! I love everything about my new car and everything about my experience at Mazda Gallery in Norwood. I have already reccomended several of my friends and colleagues to go there to see Brian as well as mentioned my great experience on Facebook. Its the least I could do after everything that was done for me. I had a great experience at this dealer. I went in expecting to have the sales people only talk to my fiancé. Sometimes being a woman it can be difficult to receive proper treatment from car folks, bu expecting to have the sales people only talk to my fiancé. Not only did Joe take the time to show me what I was looking for, he was able to tell me all the details about the cars I was looking at. I did not feel rushed at all and he was able to put in the extra effort to get me my new Mazda 3 that day! Everyone was very friendly and efficient and I had no trouble getting the car I wanted, in the color I wanted, for the price I wanted. Overall they treat you very fairly and don't pressure you into any decisions. When you say no to something extra they don’t push you to reconsider. They even took the time to set up my nav and would have set up bluetooth if we hadn't been in a rush to get home. Joe did a great job getting my insurance and new plates squared away and it was a great feeling driving off the lot without having to worry about having to get an inspection or waiting at the rmv all day. During this whole process they were also able to bring in a tire that my fiancé needed for his mx-5 that day. No hassles and great customer service definitely is going to make me recommend Mazda Gallery (and especially Joe!) to anyone looking for a new car. More
My experience with Mazda Gallery was great. I stopped in on the Saturday of the 4th of July weekend expecting to wait awhile. I was pleasently surprised when Joe walked right over, introduced himself, and proceeded to assist me with my purchase. I wanted to trade my Jeep on a Mazda MX-5. They worked with me on the price of both the car and my trade, and worked out a deal that worked for both of us. Joe was great to work with. He did all of the registry running, and even got soaked taking the plates off of my Jeep. My experience was great, and I'm planning on calling Joe directly when I'm ready to purchase my fiancee's next car. More

My wife and I wanted a Mazda5 auto with sunroof/audio pkg and got an online quote. The old saying is true, "If it's too good to be true then it's not." The quote was one of the best that we had g and got an online quote. The old saying is true, "If it's too good to be true then it's not." The quote was one of the best that we had gotten but then it was all downhill from there. Coming from out of state we wanted to do most of it over the phone. First we dealt with Josh who was nice enough and took all our info and sent us a finance app. We filled them out and sent them in and waited. Finally got a response saying they were working on it all day and we should hear something by Monday, ok fine. Monday comes and we hear nothing at which point we talk to Steve Martin who says that he will find out whats going on. Next thing we know we're giving our information to them again. What happened to the first time around? We wait some more. Then we're told that no one wants to finance us without a down payment, ok we knew going in we were going to be hard to get financed. First we were told they needed 4k on top of the trade in we have. Then we were told by Steve and Mark that it would be 2900. Fine, give us a bit to come up with that and we would be all set. Next thing we know we're not approved even with the 2900. What in the world is going on?! We call and get the run around and AGAIN are asked for our information. What happened to the first two times?! We filed a complaint at which point we are told to move forward with the banks they need a 500 dollar deposit and are passed off to "sales". Wait, what?! We've been dealing with sales all along. So now the "sales" department wants our information AGAIN!! When asked why considering we already gave it twice we get no answer PLUS the fact that we now find out they haven't done squat because they "need" 500 to start anything with the banks. So what was all the previous BS with the supposed approvals with money down, etc?! All the supposed "we're working on it", "they approved you for this" was all a bunch of BS. Two months later and nothing. If we ran our business this way we would be out of business. Poor business practices, poor customer service, poor everything, stay far far away. More
