i went to three different mazda dealers looking for a mazda 3s gt in black and black and they were the only ones able to get it for me. My first experience shopping for cars started with me walking into the Mazda Gallery a few weeks ago, and I was sure that I would dislike the whole process. Brian Ciavola was the sales rep that I was in walking into the Mazda Gallery a few weeks ago, and I was sure that I would dislike the whole process. Brian Ciavola was the sales rep that I was introduced to, and he made this experience much better than expected. He was very good at answering all of my many questions, without making me feel pressured to make any quick or rushed decisions. At first I didn't even know which car I was interested in, and he helped me narrow down my decision to the Mazda 6. I decided that the new Mazda 6 was a bit more than I wanted to spend, so then he talked me through the process of getting a certified pre-owned Mazda 6. My boyfriend and I came in multiple times in the past few weeks to finalize our decision, and Brian was always very friendly, patient, and thoroughly answered all my questions. When we came in to sign all the paperwork, my boyfriend and I had some recent issues with money arise, and after speaking with a financial advisor there, we decided last minute at the dealorship that we just couldn't afford the certified pre-owned car either. Everyone at the dealorship was very understanding, and Brian made sure to refund us all the money we had put down. A few days later we then came in to discuss leasing a car, and again Brian walked us through the process at length, helping us get the best price for the features we were looking for. In the end we actually ended up getting a different type of car (due simply to our financial situation), but Brian was still very friendly and understanding when we decided to go with another dealorship, even after all the time he had spent helping us. I would absolutely recommend Brian Ciavola if you want a pleasant experience buying a Mazda, while knowing you are getting the best price. Thanks Brian! ~Jen More

The worst experience ever. I left my old car for trade The worst experience ever. I left my old car for trade in on thursday night, give my keys to them, and they left my car on their "secure" parking. W The worst experience ever. I left my old car for trade in on thursday night, give my keys to them, and they left my car on their "secure" parking. When they did estimate on my car I show them that I have additional radio auxiliary system and USB car charger extender. I came to pick my car back on sunday, and I find out that radio auxiliary system and charger was missing, wires was cuted. I report to top manager and he stated he does know how it happen and he can not help me. He was very unfriendly and rude to me. That's how they treat their customers. Stay away from this dealership!!!!!!! More

I gave this rating for they were remarkable on getting us in that car that day and they did. The only down side is the bickering of negotiating and sitting around a car dealership(all dealerships not just th in that car that day and they did. When I first bought my new car it was the same thing about 5 hours in a dealership, nothing to trade just 5 hours, this time I traded, for a used vehicle and it was like buying brand new and sitting for 4 hours! Maybe someone will change this, and let the salesman sell instead of going through every Tom, Dick and Harry! It is really an uncomfortable feeling! More
I first wanted to say that I LOVE my new 2012 Mazda CX-9 that Brian sold me! After a bit of a rocky start due to some miscommunications and issues beyond Brian’s control after my first visit, he called me that Brian sold me! After a bit of a rocky start due to some miscommunications and issues beyond Brian’s control after my first visit, he called me to say he wanted to make things right for me and encouraged me to come back in. Since my initial experience and test drive with him was so positive, I went back in to give it another go. Brian is enthusiastic, knowledgeable about the brand and is definitely a “car guy” but explains everything easily – he’s purchased 27 cars over the course of his life…(and he’s maybe 32 years old)…so he’s been a customer as well as a sales person and will tell you like it is. Most importantly he sells Mazdas because he believes in them, stands behind them and loves driving them himself. Being someone who does not typically enjoy the car buying experience myself, all of that went a long way with making me feel comfortable. Then when the car that I had test-driven and wanted to buy, was sold before I could put the offer in, Brian went out of his way to find the same car elsewhere and surprised me with a few extras! That was in addition to the accessories he had given me to make up for the issue in the beginning! The relationship isn't over after the papers are signed either - when I picked up the car a few days later Brian spent over an hour going through every detail of the car and answered all of my questions. They also send you on your way with a full tank of gas and the first oil change is on them. I later found out how small a world it was when my co-worker told me she had purchased a Mazda a few months prior and when we started talking, realized we had gone to the same dealership and she had purchased her car from Brian too....and they had a great experience as well! (The Mazda Gallery isn't even the closest Mazda dealership to either of our houses but they gave me the best feeling.....and the others don't have Brian). Sincerely, Jenn P. More
