On Monday, June 2 I called to make a service appointment for Wednesday June 4. I was redirected to an automated online system. I filled out the paperwork and scheduled the service for 12:00 PM. When I arrived I was told I didn’t have an appointment and that they would fit me in. I will not use this system to book service in the future and if that is their only option, I will go elsewhere for service on my 2 hondas. More
