I HAD TO BRING MY CAR IN FOR MATS AND CARGO MAT AND MUD FLATS. DAVID T WAS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL NOTHING TO DO WITH DAVID JUST SERVICE. DAVID TOLD THEM WHAT I WANTED THE MATS ON TOP OF MY CARPET AND VACUME FLATS. DAVID T WAS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL NOTHING TO DO WITH DAVID JUST SERVICE. THEY PULLED OUT MY CARPET WHICH HAD SOME STUF ON THEM AND WADDED THEM UP AND PUT THEM IN THE BACK OF MY CAR ONTOP OF THE MATS WHICH THEY JUST INSTALLED WHICH WHEN I LOOKED AT THEM WERE NOW DIRTY WITH TWIGS AND DIRT. MY CARPET WAS A MESS IN THE BACK OF MY CAR. WHEN I SAW IT WHEN I WENT OUT TO MY CAR I WAS SO MAD I JUST HAD TO LEAVE. THAT WEEKEND I HAD TO CLEAN MY WHOLE CAR MYSELF. Michael Brown was the best car dealer I have EVER dealt with. I had been dreading buying a car because my first experience was terrible (at another dealership). The dealer I met before I stopped at Prime and met Michael, was fairly insulting, telling me what I wanted to buy!!! Not sure how he seemed to think he would know since he didn't seem to listent to a thing I said! Once I met Michael at Prime I was relieved! He paid total attention to what I was looking for and ran all over the parking lot to find it!! He spent quite a bit of time with me while I went back and forth trying to make decisions (he probably could have sold 5 cars in the time I took up!) and was very patient! The dealer seemed to think he knew what I wanted since he told me several times "you don't want that one", how he would know since he seemed to ignore everything I said was beyond me! Michael was a breath of fresh air. There wasn't any pressure!! He was incredibly patient as I went back and forth trying to make decisions, I'm sure he could have sold 5 cars in the time he spent with me!!
