I visited the Prime Honda North dealership searching for a late-model, used Acura. Maria walked me around the lot and showed me what this dealership currently had available but I still didn't find exactly a late-model, used Acura. Maria then logged on to the web site of their sister dealerships in New Hampshire and found me the perfect vehicle! She then had the car shipped to the Saco dealership (in only one business day!) so I could have a no-obligation look and test drive of the vehicle. We quickly agreed upon a price for the Acura, including my trade-in vehicle, and completed the entire transaction in a matter of days. A few weeks after the sale I contacted Maria about a few items missing in the vehicle that I expected to have. She was quick and consistent in responding to my requests and went the extra mile to make sure I received factory new replacements at no additonal cost. Maria strived to make sure I was completely happy with my purchase and proved this to be true even after the sale was complete.
