I truly appreciate IRA Honda and I am, and will remain, a loyal customer. That said, I had an appointment today to have two light bulbs replaced and the job wasn't completed in a timely manner. This seemed excessive for the replacement of a low beam headlight and a rear brake light. It was obvious the service department was busy - a good sign for sure - but I had an appointment and I don't think the job should have taken 90 minutes. All of that said, I will remain a loyal IRA Honda customer and will likely buy my next car from them. Today, however, was a long wait for what to me seemed like a small job. More

Always friendly, usually fair priced. However my only complaint is they are the only ones who have ever done any work to my mdx including state inspection. Last year nothing was said, passed with flying colors, my last oil change everything but tires were good. My vehicle doesnt even have 100,000 miles on it and its an acura. Yesterday a tech I haven't had said my front end was toast. How hasn't that been noticed and mentioned in the past. Nothing, no plan on replacing in the future. Nothing now all the suddenly needs 5000 worth of work. Im getting a second opinion needless to say. If the next place says the same ill leave this review if they say everything is good I will be speaking to Honda and updating this review. I just find it hard to believe we don't notice anything it rides the same as it always has. Even so my biggest complaint is you usually have some signs of things like this going wrong and no tech has ever mentioned it before today. Ever. They don't usually go and it not be noticeable to the person driving and also it should have shown signs of wear long before they just blew. Im really conflicted. They have never steered me wrong and I know cars require work but that's alot to go wrong in that time with no signs. So either someone has noticed in the past and not mentioned it or this tech was just looking for things. Either way hoping my warranty covers it if it is gone but I will be getting a second opinion. Up until yesterday I've always had great experiences thru them. Not bad mouthing or bashing them at all just a little upset and confused as nothing has changed with the car at all and I would hope they would notice before they are blown. Obviously paying dealership pricing. But they have always been easy to schedule, timely about it and always friendly. More

Our 2025 Honda CR-V Hybrid developed a problem with wheel bearings. We were very pleased with the prompt, professional service. They did need to keep the car for a few days, but kept us updated on the prog bearings. We were very pleased with the prompt, professional service.
