Super Helpful Service Department We had an issue with our Ford Escape making a "noise" while on vacation. We found the closest Ford dealership and called them. It was 4:00 in the af We had an issue with our Ford Escape making a "noise" while on vacation. We found the closest Ford dealership and called them. It was 4:00 in the afternoon, (they close at 5:00). That's when we were introduced to Matt. he said "come on in and we will take a look". We arrived with our dog Toodles because we were just finishing a picnic at Portland Head. It was no problem for us to wait in the waiting room with Toodles while Matt worked his magic. Matt returned with the verdict, and we needed new brakes. He was able to get us in the next day at 8:00am and said they had a shuttle to take us back to the campground while they fix our car. We had our car back by noon and on with our vacation. Thank you, Matt. This kind of service is unheard of where we are from, I told Matt; "I would drive the 4 hours to deal with him then at home". More
