Friendly advisors, promptly answered all questions, applied coupon without requesting which lowered the total price by at least $150. I had a problem with my vehicle that required service from a Ford dealership, and this was the first time my vehicle had been serviced here. It is a dealership so the prices are typically higher than an independent service shop, but the quality of service is immeasurable. Highly recommend, and don’t forget to look online for any service coupons available. I’m still amazed that appointments for service were available the same day. My primary reason for not having previously used the dealership for service was because I expected appointment availability to be a couple of weeks out, but it was the exact opposite. Also, they provide the option to pay online so that you may pick up your vehicle after hours, which is very convenient, particularly if it falls on a weekend. I am very pleased with the service department at IRA Ford. More

Follow up appointment for the motor swap and other work I had done last month. They did a complete motor swap with new starter, manifolds, torque converter, coil packs , fuel pump, ball joint, Tie Rod, Drag had done last month. Today was the first oil change to replace the factory oil and inspect the work. I couldn’t be any happier with the work the technician did as well as the communication the Service Advisor had with me during the 6 days they had the vehicle . I got the truck back with no issues, runs amazing no rattles or concerns . I would definitely recommend this dealership service department for any work you may need.
