Myself and my wife went with our two kids to buy Infinity at prime Buick GMC, We met with the sales person Ravi, He took care of the test driving with myself and with my wife individually, since we wanted to at prime Buick GMC, We met with the sales person Ravi, He took care of the test driving with myself and with my wife individually, since we wanted to avoid the hassle of fixing and removing the car seats, Ravi never bothered even one bit, though it was a weekend, he could have got two sales, in stead of spending 5-6 hours with us for one sale. I never saw him without a big smile on his face from the morning to the evening till we left the dealership. He offered us lunch, ordered pizza delivery for us, He was so kind hearted human, he got my kid some snacks and soda, He did everything without any selfishness, we felt like as if we had gone to visit our relatives, we did not feel like that we went to car dealership, where all these years we felt pressured and rushed.. We took delivery on the next day, we see this guy Ravi again with this own style of smiling face and felt like breath of fresh air (thats what my wife kept saying about Ravi) He is great guy, We had a good reception and respect from all the managers too from this dealership, We could see the complete professionalism. Neal was helpful and knowledgable regarding the vehicles on the lot. I can be a difficult customer but Neal was not deterred and got me into the car I wanted at the monthly payment that I requested.
