I have been a happy Acura owner since 1990 - the last 2 cars have been purchased at Prime Acura and although not convenient, I have always had my car serviced there. My experience with George and Chris has been wonderful and when my TL Transmission recently died, Chris was extremely sympathetic and understanding.When I decided not to fix the car, he introduced me to Ellen Kramer Gallagher to look at a "new to me car". She was very pleasant and professional and provided me links to the web site to review cars. She followed up regularly until I was able to make it to the showroom to test drive. I was pleasantly surprised when I got there and an RL had recently been returned after a 3 year lease. She was very familiar with the car and throughout the negotiation process (which I hate) she was not pushy and I felt she was on my side while trying to get the price I was looking for. Needless to say, I am driving around in an RL now!!!!!!!! I would recommend Ellen and Prime Acura to anyone looking for a great car and a wonderful overall experience. More

My car purchasing experience at Prime Acura was definitely not what I expected, I am happy to say. I was not looking forward to what I thought would have to take place in order to buy my new car. I am new to the Boston area, and drove past the dealership one afternoon. I was greeted by Ellen and after sitting and talking with her for only a few minutes, I felt at ease right away and I could see why she had all the awards on her desk! She is professional, intelligent, and cared about what was important to me. I appreciated working with someone who was not pushy, and took the time with me that I needed in order to make my decision. We went on two test drives because I didn't know which car I wanted and she went over all the features in each and did not make my feel like I was wasting her time, even when I told her I would also be going to drive a Lexus and Audi. (She even gave me the name of someone at Audi to work with, which I thought was very nice.) She realized that my time is important as well and that this is a big decision. I ended up purchasing at Prime Acura because not only do I love my Acura TSX, but I really enjoyed working with Ellen! I also met Joe Rivera, one of the Sales Mgrs and he had the same pleasant and caring manner. This turned out to be such a nice experience that I would definitely recommend that you work with Ellen Kramer Gallagher if you are looking to purchase a vehicle. More

Prime Acura is a GREAT place to buy or lease a vehicle. Everyone is super friendly and honest. They do not attack you and jump down your throat like other dealerships. They had the most aggressive pricing amongst all NE Acura dealers. That's why I went there first after obtaining an internet quote from all local dealers. The sales process was smooth. I had a great overall experience with Henry as well as Mike and Thomas. I am thoroughly enjoying my new TL as well. My only issues with the whole process were that it seemed to take quite a while at the dealership to take delivery, not including the inspection (which did save me a drive over). Also, I really did not like the fact that none of the coverage options were disclosed or described until the deal was almost completed (i.e. in Mike's office signing the paperwork). I would like to reiterate that I did have a great experience otherwise and I am really enjoying my new vehicle and already cannot wait for the next one. I will definitely be returning to Prime Acura in the future and most definitely recomend Henry to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More

Since I've moved to MA three years ago, I've done all my business with Prime Acura. At this point, I think I've purchased/leased three cars through them and the experience could not have been better! Over the years, I've been to numerous dealerships for auto purchases and servicing, but Prime has been the best. Although I've owned only Honda and Acura autos over the past 20 years (and driven a Dodge for work), Acura by far is the best when it comes to customer service. I find that Prime provides at least equal service to most other Acura dealerships...nice customer lounges, refreshments, wash and vac car, etc. Here's the best part: The salesperson I've worked with over the last three years, Fadia Charmoun, has to be the BEST salesperson I've EVER encountered. She makes doing business so easy! As we all know, buying a car isn't the best experience to necessarily go through, but I feel that Fadia HONESTLY tries to do what she can to make a deal happen. I have never felt taken advantage of, swindled, etc. It's like doing business with a friend. I felt this way from my first purchase up to my most recent. I can't imagine NOT doing business with Fadia. Purchasing a car has actually been a pleasurable experience! I love my new TL and look forward to working with Prime in the future. All the staff is helpful and friendly. When it comes to a new car sale, Fadia is sure to get my business in the future! More
