He checked in on me to give me an update while work was being done on my car and then gave me a detailed overview when the work was complete. Even the lovely cashier ladies made my day too! More

We felt uncomfortable with the hard sell and a little too pushed to buy probably because they were looking to clear out the 2018s to make room for the new RDX. We made a deal to lease at our top price and then as we were signing papers we find out we have to pay an additional monthly fee for the service contract, making our monthly payment more than we budgeted. We should have walked out then but we were tired of car shopping and relented. We felt they should have explained the 2 options rather than discover it when we came to sign papers and pick up the car. We never felt good about the purchase after that. we called back quite a few times to speak to managers etc and never received a call back.Fortunately we found another lovely dealership that has restored our confidence in Acura. They were offering the new 2019RDX for the same price we are paying for the 2018 for Prime. We would have waited for a deal like that if Prime had offered it ! First impressions are really tough to change; we can honestly say if Acura is considered a luxury car, prime did not deliver a “luxury” experience. More

Our litmus test was a combination of reviews, what service records we could find for each, and then the actual drive. Both are fine cars. The interiors are well appointed. We drove both - four cylinder will never be as smooth as a six. Point Acura. On review of service records (Car Fax through Cars.com) we noticed that the Volvo’s often had premature brake wear as an issue. Maybe their calipers and pads need to be bigger. Anyway, that pointed to the MDX. We went for a second test drive and our salesperson was very thorough and listened to our goals and concerns. We cameback and his manager was quick at giving us a reasonable deal. Their finance manager went through the paper work and we were done! Prime Acura of Norwood - kudos to your team!! You have a well-informed and personable group. More

Customer-centered experience that exceeded expectations My wife and I recently purchased a 2016 Acura MDX from Prime Acura in Westwood. Our decision was centered around moving away from a pattern of leasin My wife and I recently purchased a 2016 Acura MDX from Prime Acura in Westwood. Our decision was centered around moving away from a pattern of leasing one of our vehicles toward owning a dependable vehicle that delivered value and a great driving experience. An Acura MDX was at the top of our list, provided we could get the numbers to work and get comfortable with the idea of buying vs. leasing. During our visit to Prime we were greeted by Darwin Vincent. Darwin thoroughly and patiently worked through the lease vs. buy decision process with us as we considered different options. He worked hard to understand what mattered most to us and he demonstrated broad knowledge of Acura products and policies. He never pressured us to make a decision and continued to allow us to work through things at our own pace. He was a delight to work with. My wife and I are very happy with our buying decision and we feel great about the vehicle but particularly with the overall experience with Prime - specifically with Darwin. Darwin made what was an admittedly stressful transition into a truly enjoyable experience. He was in regular communication with us (email, phone and fax) and answered questions promptly and consistently. With his help we arrived at the right decision for us and we feel REALLY good about the sale. I cannot say enough about how he shaped our positive experience. If you're looking for someone to help you find the right vehicle for you and go about the sales conversation the right way, look no further than Darwin. I plan to buy from him again in the future and I can say for sure he's made us repeat Acura customers - there's nobody else I'd rather work with.
